Digital Marketing Co-op

I had the opportunity to spend nearly a year with GNGF, a legal marketing agency that helps law firms grow their businesses through strategic branding and digital outreach. During my time there, I worked on a variety of projects including social media marketing, WordPress website updates for real clients, search engine optimization (SEO), event videography, and branding initiatives. This internship allowed me to apply and expand my skills as a communication designer in a fast paced environment.

American Legal Technology Awards

I was responsible for creating ceremonial award montages for the American Legal Technology Awards. This project involved a combination of tools from Adobe Creative Cloud, Envato, and Canva to produce polished, high-impact visuals that celebrated the achievements of legal innovators in a professional and engaging format.


ABA Tech Show Handout

I was tasked with designing a promotional handout for Get Noticed Get Found to distribute at the 2023 ABA Tech Show, an annual conference that connects legal professionals with innovative technologies. The handout highlighted a range of legal marketing services and exclusive discounts, aimed at attracting new clients and helping law firms grow their businesses through strategic marketing solutions.

Social Media Marketing

During my co-op, I contributed to the creation of various social media marketing materials across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. This included designing static and motion graphics, writing captions tailored to target audiences, and aligning visuals with brand identity. These efforts supported ongoing campaigns and helped strengthen client engagement and online presence.


Co-op Reflection

As my first internship, my time at GNGF was both formative and inspiring. Gaining real world experience inside a quick turn around marketing agency gave me valuable insight into working with clients, managing deadlines, and collaborating within a professional team environment. I learned how to approach design with purpose and understanding how thoughtful marketing and visual communication can influence audiences on a larger scale. Most importantly, this experience taught me the value of professionalism, adaptability, and the real impact design can have in helping businesses grow. I carry these insights with me going forward with every endeavor I take on.
